Cancellation Policy
Fosterstyle Portrait – Booking Policy At Fosterstyle Portrait, we value your time, your story, and your trust. To ensure every session runs smoothly and each client receives the best possible experience, please review our booking policies below. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Amount reflected to book before shooting begins. A reveal session will be scheduled for products and prints. Be prepared to make image decisions and payments at this time. Dates are not held without a deposit and completed booking form. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. Cancellations made with less than after 24hours’ notice or “no-shows” will be subject to a $50 fee. . In the event of illness, inclement weather, or an emergency, we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your session. In the event that your photographer is unavailable, Foster Portrait will obtain an adequate replacement. Session Details Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to stay within the scheduled time frame. If more than 20 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. Location details and creative direction will be confirmed prior to your session date. Editing & Delivery Professional natural retouching are included in all packages. Your gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date. You must request an online gallery to receive your photos via download. Additional editing requests beyond the included retouching may incur an extra fee. Prints & Usage Fosterstyle Portrait retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing and printing. Please credit @FosterstylePortrait when sharing on social media. Commercial or promotional use requires written permission or a commercial license.
